The INAS Global Games are one of the largest events for athletes with an intellectual disability in the World, and the pinnacle of the INAS event program. Michael Qing ready to copmete with the top hopefuls for London 2012
With just over a year out of the London 2012 Paralympics, 190 top swimmers from 14 countries, including Regina’s Michael Qing, have arrived in Edmonton Alberta to compete at the inaugural Pan Pacific- Para Swimming Championships from August 10th to 14th. Regina Piranhas win Saskatchewan summer championships

Swim Canada Age Group Nationals
August 1st - Swim Canada Age Group Nationals concluded today in Montreal, Quebec with the 5000M open water swim. This is a new Olympic event that has been incorporated into provincial and national competitions. Five swimmers from the RODS participated. RODS qualify for Canadian Age Group National Championships

ManSask Long Course Swimming Championships
The Regina Dolphins and the Regina Marlins competed in the ManSask Long Course Championships this weekend. The Regina Dolphins returned with 56 individual medals: 16 Gold, 21 Silver, and 19 Bronze. Of all teams, the RODS finished in fith place with 3088.5 points. the Regina Y’s Mens Marlins Swim Club finished in 10th with 463 points. Regina results are as follows:
