Rugby Club wins Cancun 7`s tournament
The Dog River Howlers Rugby Club, from Regina, won the Cancun 7`s championship for the second year in a row on the weekend.
The Howlers beat Mexico City`s Black Thunder 21-0 in the final.
In the round robin, they beat the Cancun hammerheads 59-0, the Lobos 42-10, the Walabies 33-5 and the French Flair 21-0.
Ian Shoults had eight tries and Morgan Findlay had seven throughout the tournament.

Saskatchewan wins first game of Crash Test Wheelchair Rugby Tourn
Team Saskatchewan beat Alberta 43-42 in a close one yesterday at the Crash Test Wheelchair Rugby Tournament, held at the University of Regina.
Cody harrower scored 29 goals in the win.
Saskatchewan will take on Alberta today at noon.

Miranda Biletski at world wheelchair rugby championships
Miranda Biletski finished her first weekend at a world wheelchair rugby championship. The championship took place in Vancouver, where Biletski and her Canadian teammates finished with a 5-2 record. On Thursday, they lost 52-51 in overtime to Sweden, and on Friday they lost another close one 49-48 to the United States. Canada went on to beat Poland 60-38 on Saturday and Great Britain 59-54 on Sunday....
Regina Campian Grads win provincial rugby championship
The Regina Campion Grads won the first division Saskatchewan Rugby Union provincial championship in Regina with a 32-15 win over Lloydmister.
The Saskatoon Wild Oats beat the Regina Rogues 38-27 in the second division title.

Notre Dame the high school senior boys rugby champions
The Notre Dame Hounds beat the Thom Trojans 24-3 yesterday to become the high school senior boys rugby champions.
Rugby is not part of the RHSAA, however the teams play in a league leading up to yesterday’s final.
