The Dog River Howlers Rugby Club, from Regina, won the Cancun 7`s championship for the second year in a row on the weekend. The Howlers beat Mexico City`s Black Thunder 21-0 in the final. In the round robin, they beat the Cancun hammerheads 59-0, the Lobos 42-10, the Walabies 33-5 and the French Flair 21-0.
